a couple enjoyable days of pulling shots... it's been weird to have about a week off. i'd missed it!
the Black Cat seems to have changed formulation (again). the slight anise flavour we were noticing is gone - and now there is a kind of neat amaretto note. it's very thick and heavy again as well. lovely.
we've got a totally amazing Kenya AA in as a special bulk coffee. it's not cheap (to say the least) but it's really really incredible. once in a lifetime experience. seriously.
it's cool to think about how much the quality of coffee here has changed over the last two years. hard to believe...
