we added the third grinder today - allowing us to run two caffinated and one decaffinated espresso at a time.
very nice upgrade!
we re-tasted some coffees - but nothing new.

facelift (partial)
the repainting has begun.
the place looks better already.
still need to do the detail and finish work and touch up - and then need to hang the artwork.
and, of course, the counters, cabinet doors.
and then rip up the carpet and stain the concrete. and the bench, and the bookshelf, and the new lights, and new furniture...
sigh.
still - it looks nice.
decent espresso today. quite busy. tasted the Puerto Rico Yauco Selecto again. hot damn is that ever a good coffee!!
