Eastside espresso

thanks to Billy, we added a couple new twists to the machine today. first... new baskets (nice!). second... new steam wand tips (super nice).
in addition, our new latte bowls came in. what a difference!
had a great time pouring nice patterns today. very fun.
hazy and humid today. equals great shots. makes it all a fun day.

cupped a really nice Guatemalan. complex with tons of fruit and spice and a nice chocolate foundation. like an even more balanced but toned down Antigua.

gearing up for the craziness that is Mule Days Weekend. sigh...

and next week is the Return of Elaine. grin.
