cupping schedule
tomorrow we should be cupping some new coffees. we'll have the Kenya AA Auction Lot coffee I roasted up in the new 2lb drum roaster as well as the South-Central Blend that Peter roasted (same new drum roaster).
monday we'll have a new espresso blend I roasted as well as some small batch sample roasts (El Salvador Bourbon Ahamira Estate, a Yemen Moka Matari and probably some more stuff from Peter) as well as another round of the Kenya AA and South-Central.
we'll be having on-going cupping of the new Intelligensia coffees this week, including the Red Sea Blend, some Ethiopian Yrgecheffe and some Colombia Reserva del Patron.
with any luck i'll be able to convince someone to bring in a digital camera to shoot photos.

at the suggestion of other "remote" baristas, i'm putting together a "blog" that details our experiences in the coffee bar and business. i'm hoping we can post reports, thoughts, experiences, photos, etc. here so that others can read them, share, and build some simulation of the coffee/barista culture that exists in places like the Pacific Northwest.
